[ Matt walks a circle with the one scarf-shoe on. As expected it's lumpier than anything made for the feet but it holds up and is warmer than nothing. ]

[ He repeats the wrapping process on the other foot and very soon is standing with both feet covered. No reaction from the hotel staff for covering up- yet. ]

Like red shoes. Too bad I can't click my heels together and go home.

[ He tests out walking with both scarves on, laughing to himself over the slip of the fabric against the floor. It's not as smooth as regular socks on hardwood but he aims himself in the direction he's pretty sure is clear of clothing racks and people and purposely pushes into a short slide. ]

Maybe this is why socks aren't provided.
