Which he does, and with no respect or regard for anyone else who might see. So there he is, ladies and gents, Char Aznable soaking it up naked in the water and fighting off the urge to nap. Hopefully there won't be any staff buzzing about to interrupt his, uh, thinking time.
Look, he's thinking hard. Thinking about escape, thinking about his mobile suit, thinking about... well, it's all equally important, so the details don't matter.
