Right, right, Lan Zhan didn't like to be touched. He knew that, but he couldn't very well be responsible for worsening his condition either! Even more confusing is the look Lan Zhan gives him, is he that worried? It's not like Wei Wuxian would hurt him. It reminds him a little of the time they were stuck together in the caves with Xuanwu, when Lan Zhan's leg had been injured. He'd been so annoyed then too!

To his credit, Wei Wuxian does let go as soon as he's asked, even holding up his empty palms as if to prove his innocence.

"Alright, alright," he tries to be reassuring as he stands up again.

"Such an unreasonable patient," he sighs, "do I need to fetch someone else? Maybe you'll listen to your own reason if I can find the other one of you."
